The electronic adjustment of the three speeds is conveniently carried out via a rotary switch, while the appropriate pickup can be easily changed using the headshell.

The Dual CS 518 Manual Belt-Drive Turntable combines classic vinyl playback with a more refined and premium construction throughout. Its solid MDF plinth helps minimise unwanted resonance, while the elegant walnut wood veneer finish gives the turntable a warm, timeless appearance that fits beautifully into modern living spaces and HiFi setups alike. Elastomer vibration absorbers integrated into the feet further help reduce external vibrations during playback.

At the heart of the CS 518 is a precision aluminium die-cast platter designed for long-term rotational accuracy and stable speed consistency. A heavy rubber mat helps damp unwanted resonance, while the hardened steel spindle and brass bushing assembly contribute to smoother, quieter operation over time.

The upgraded Twin Gimbal tonearm features a solid aluminium construction with four precision pivot ball-bearings for more accurate and stable tracking performance. Together with its accurate spring-loaded anti-skating system, the tonearm is designed to extract more detail from your vinyl records while maintaining excellent control and balance during playback.

Powering the system is a DC belt-drive motor with selectable 33 / 45 / 78 RPM speeds, allowing compatibility with a wide variety of records. Rubber motor mountings help isolate unwanted vibrations, while the precision-cut belt contributes to lower wow & flutter for cleaner, more stable sound reproduction.
