The Prime Tower features a 4.5-inch midrange driver housed in a dedicated, sealed compartment to ensure a smooth and clear midrange free from coloration. The lightweight, rigid cone maintains a flat frequency response, providing exceptional handling of mid-range frequencies. Dual 6.5-inch woofers deliver deep, articulate bass, each housed in its own internal compartment with custom port tuning, allowing for accurate, impactful low-end performance that enhances both music and movie soundtracks. The 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter delivers crystal-clear highs with a transparent, airy presentation, ensuring that vocals and dialogue are crisp and smooth.
The SoundMatch 3.5-way crossover in the Prime Tower ensures each woofer has its own discrete crossover, minimizing beaming and creating a focused, precise soundstage. This design maintains accurate frequency response at all listening positions while preserving signal purity from high to low frequencies.
The cabinet design features tapered edges on the front baffle, minimizing edge diffraction for improved soundstaging.
