Hand selected and tested, the Ray Tubes SELECT 6SN7 features gold pins for corrosion resistance and improved conduction. The SELECT Collection is a substantial upgrade from both New Old Stock and other new production tubes. Fewer than 5% of production meets our standards.
The 6SN7 vacuum tube is a dual triode usually found in the driver stage of power amps. It’s been used in audio amps since its introduction in 1939. From 1949, it was used in the famous Williamson circuit. Outside of audio applications, it was a crucial component in ENIAC—the world’s first digital computer.
